Export to Turkey:
Since its adhesion to the GATT, Turkey has considerably liberalised its trade relationships with the rest of the world.
With a few exceptions, imported goods are no more subjected to quantitative restrictions.
- Theexport of some goods, such as pharmaceutical of agricultural goods are subjected to sanitary control. In other words, the importer of the said products must also produce a licence of the competent Ministry.
- With regard to fuel imports, the importer must also be delivered a licence from the Ministry of Environment.
